He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Jay and Fern Jay (Burnett); his wife Janice of Nevada; his children, Randy Jay (Belinda) of Nevada and Pamela Nerness (Frank) of Ft. Collins, CO; his grandchildren, Shelby, Nick Nerness, Kurtis Jay (Jeff) and Kimberly Witte; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Mason Witte and Tobias Jay.
