She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd DeReus and Ruth DeReus (Whitehead); her husband Reno Ray Milligan; and her brother Harold DeReus. She is survived by: her children, Mary Beth Atwood (Douglas), Kelly Milligan (Cheryl) and Julie Willis (Dale); her grandchildren, Toni Primack (Ross), Shelley Wing (Darin), Stefanie King (Kris), Justin Atwood (Spenser), Zachary Willis (Marissa) and Danielle Haugland (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Carter Willis, Parker King, Armor Haugland, Blair Atwood, Emerson Primack, Harlow Haugland, Taylor Wing, Chas King, Paige Atwood, Harper Bahr, Rockston Haugland and Falyn Haugland; her sister Betty Karns; and her sister-in-law Barb DeReus. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed in Virginia's name to her family which will be further designated.
