She is survived by: her husband Craig Mittlestadt of Collins; her children, Frank Mittlestadt (Emalie Olson) of Ames, Jessica Nelson (Shane) of Ellsworth, Ashley Markunas (Charles) of Nevada and Katrina Mittlestadt (Casey Morgan) of Des Moines; her sister Wanda McMullin of Colo; and her grandchildren, Araya, Nevaeh, Carter, Levi, Ian, Alexis, Charley, Anthony and Avrie.
