She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Dickel and Barney Mullihan; her daughter-in-law Cathy Mullihan; her brother Darel Caulkins; her sister-in-law Wilma Caulkins; her siblings, Benny Caulkins and Helen Eason; her brother-in-law Curly Eason; and her niece Genie Eason.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Keagle of Urbandale, Mike Mullihan of Baxter, Peggy Evans (John) of Collins and Nancy Hermanson (Roger) of Story City; and her sister-in-law Pat Caulkins of Collins. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
Toward the end of her life, Doris suffered from Alzheimer's disease and lived the last year of her life at the Madrid Home under the excellent care of the staff there.
