It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Martin Frisbie formerly of Collins, Iowa, born in Iowa City, Iowa, who passed away on March 3, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Sayre and Esther Effinell Frisbie (Hoover); his wife Janice Walbaum; his son Brian; his siblings, Jeanie Leiker, Glen (Esther) and Ray (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, Melodie McLean (Greg), Rich and Todd. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
