With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill D Bunshee of Collins, Iowa, who passed away on August 17, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dunshee and LaVon Dunshee; his wife Doe; and his siblings, Waneva, Carolyn and Dave.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Patterson (Keith) of Ankeny, IA, Chris Maxwell (Rich) of Collins, IA and Bill Dunshee (Terri) of Ames, IA; his grandchildren, Kevin Patterson (Kaity), Kent Patterson (Laura), Kyle Patterson (Julia), Chad Maxwell (Abbey), Abbey Krampe (Kyle), Ben Maxwell (Chantelle), Jake Dunshee (Jessi), Kelsey Kang (Jason) and Kate Dunshee; his great grandchildren, Kellen, Krue, Kael, Kylee, Kase Beau, Ella Patterson, Kaylyn, Kamdyn Krampe, Blake, Brecken, Noah, Annie, Owen Maxwell and Mara Kang; his siblings, Barry Dunshee (Sally), Bob Dunshee and Denise Conrad (Paul); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Severson (Duane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and many close friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Rich and Chris Maxwell's House.
