She is survived by: her children, Dennis Forgie (Lisa) of Lowden, IA, Dan Forgie (Cindy) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Dwayne Forgie (Kathy) of LeClaire, IA and Linda Roberts (Jon) of Davenport, IA; and her sister Patricia Parks (Mike) of Melrose, IA.. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren.
