It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Viola Dale Buckley of Colfax, Iowa, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvil Parkhurst and Mae Parkhurst (Hunzicker); her husband Raymond Buckley; her children, LeAnna Buckley and William Buckley; and her siblings, Alvin Parkhurst, Loren Parkhurst, Paul Parkhurst, Rollan Parkhurst and MelvaJean Ramsey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Betty Brant (Ed) of Colfax, Loretta Bonham (Kevin) of Prairie City and Amber Pederson (Todd) of Colfax; her grandchildren, Bethany Brant, Mariah Buckley-Van Weelden, Taylor Van Weelden, Bailey Battaglia, Morgan Battaglia, Hope Buckley-Bonham, Faith Buckley-Bonham, Abigail Crane, Jayden McMahon and Haley O'Connell; her great grandchildren, Seth Brant, Shane Chandler and Shyleigh Brant; and her brother Carl Parkhurst (Gladys). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
