We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2019, at the age of 83, Kathryn McLain (Colfax, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Cowles and Maude Cowles; her husband Robert William McLain; her son Monte Robert; and her siblings, Eldon Eugene Cowles and Evelyn Irene Cowles.

She is survived by: her children, Mark (Beth), Mike (Irene), Mitch, Matt, Marti (Joyce), Mary Jo, Marsha and Micky. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.
