She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Welch and Hattie Welch (Mills); her husband Charles Lewis; her children, Karla Lewis and Donald Wayne Lewis; and her daughter-in-law Sherri Lewis.

She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Lewis, Kevin Lewis (Beth) and Kirk Lewis (Janet). She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 50 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
