He was predeceased by: his parents, James Glenn Smith and Arminda Lucefene "Minnie" Smith (Teed); his wife Norma K. Tobin; and his siblings, Wayne, Norman, Lillian, Harold "Gandy", Janetta, Delmar "Lefty" and Leo.
He is survived by: his children, Terrie Hayden (Dan), Craig Smith (Tez), Jani Williams (Darrell) and Brian Smith (Andrea); his grandchildren, Josh, Kari, Laci, Ashli, Zoe Elysa, Cade and Connor; and his great grandchildren, Malachi, Melody, Nyla, Cory, Collin, Selina and Kingston.
