He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Clark and Fae Clark; his sisters, Jacqueline Deets (William) and Joan Cochran; and his son-in-law Curt Warrick.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Brewer; his daughters, Kim Richman (Tom) and Kathie Warrick; his brother-in-law Glen Cochran; and his grandchildren, Lucas Warrick (Nichole), Joshua Warrick (Nicole), Brandi Johnson (Derek), Mindy Dunlavy (Ben) and Craig Richman. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
