He is survived by: his wife Deanna Thein; his children, Brian Hogan (Carrie) of Olathe, Lisa Honeyman (Ron) of Lenexa, Doug Hogan (Megan) of Ann Arbor and Christina Hoge (Andy) of Springville; his grandchildren, Felicia Honeyman, Alyson Honeyman, Kailee Hoge, Kaitlyn Hogan, Ella Hoge, Emma Hogan, Grayden Hoge, Jacob Hogan and Braxton Hogan; his brother John "Jack" Hogan (Carol) of Colesburg; and his brother-in-law LaVerne "Bud" Domeyer of Dyersville.
