With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marie Louise Pasker of Colesburg, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 6, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alphonse "Al" Maiers and Amelia Maiers (Helle); her husband Jim Pasker; her son Charles Pasker; and her siblings, Gerald Maiers, Thelma Burkle (George), Irma Kelchen (Ernest), Grace Tucker (Dean) and Virginia Lee (Don).
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Pasker (Susan) of Bicknell, Mike Pasker (Sue) of Manchester, Julie Thompson (Scott) of Cedar Rapids, Jeff Pasker (Carolyn) of Apache Junction and Bob Pasker (Penny Powers) of Garber; her siblings, Diane Scherbring (Tom) and Wilfred Maiers (Maxine); and her sisters-in-law, Rita Maiers and Grace Pasker. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; ten step-grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nine step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 8:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Patrick Parish Center (708 Delaware St, Colesburg, IA 52035). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church (708 Delaware St, Colesburg, IA 52035). The inurnment was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery (708 Delaware St, Colesburg, IA 52035).
