He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Polsley and Ann Polsley (Nocton); and his aunt Deloris Warnecke. He is survived by: his former wives, Colleen Exceen and Sheila Oliver; his children, Shalee Laughlin (Jeff), Jake Polsley (Heather) and Jesse Polsley (Megan); his siblings, Kate Steeve (Carroll) and Doug Polsley (Guylene); his daughters, Tiffany McCarty (Ian) and Nicki Passons (Andrew); his grandchildren, Devin, Joni, Nate, Koreen, Drake, Dominick, Cadence, Allie, Abby Kate and Boden; and his great grandchildren, Zeke, Zoey, Zeppelin and Rylie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Memorials may be directed to the Coin Fire and Rescue Department or the Shenandoah American Legion Color Guard.
