He is survived by: his wife Karlette Thornton of Coin, IA; his children, Jake Thornton (Jillinda) of Coin, IA, Jamie Hutt (Paul) of Sidney, IA, Josh Thornton (Mary Ann) of Braddyville, IA and Nathaniel Thornton (Melissa) of Coin, IA; his grandchildren, Samantha Thornton (Christopher Janda), Kayleigh Hutt, Braidy Hutt, Emily Hutt, Isaac Hutt, Cole Thornton and Tanner Thornton; his stepgrandchildren, Ashley Ward (Seth), Courtney Ryan, Dakota Mattox, Skylur Mick and Kaden Powell; and his sister-in-law Charmaine Sunderman. He is also survived by 10 step great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
