She was predeceased by: her parents, William R. Stone and Nellie M. Stone (Haddeman); her former husband Robert LeClere; her husband Carl Jensen; her brothers, Burdette and Les Stone; her son-in-law David Carlson; and her niece Leona Meyer.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Carlson of Coggon; and her grandchildren, Tim Carlson (Ann) of Atkins, Becky Carlson (Tim McCaffery) and Doug Carlson (Krista Stepanek). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials in Velma's memory may be directed to either the American Heart Association or to a favorite charity of the donor's choice.
