He is survived by: his wife Janet Wood; and his children, Sandra Kruger (Rick) of Fairfax, Fred Fisher of Coggon, Valerie Schmidt (Don) of Manchester, Suzanne Fisher of Cedar Rapids, Wayne Fisher (Tracy) of Coggon and Russell Fisher, Jr. (Chris) of Coggon. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
