We are sad to announce that on September 19, 2023, at the age of 88, Robert Raymond Garner of Coggon, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Garner and Vivian Garner (Aldrich); his granddaughter Nichole Reicher; his great grandchild Thomas Reicher; his sisters, Marlene Zumbach (Laverne) and Phyllis Sather (Earle); and his brother-in-law Jerry Matteson.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Garner of Coggon; his children, David Garner of Manchester, Cindy Mormann (Doug LeClere) of Cedar Rapids and Lynne Warden (Kyle) of Des Moines; and his siblings, Fay Matteson of Minnesota, Dwight Garner (Becky) of Coggon, Darla Fagenbaum (Harvey) of Sumner and Daniel Garner (Eva) of Anamosa. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers or gifts memorials may be directed to the family.
