He was predeceased by: his parents, George H. Balster and Mary Balster (Petersen); and his brother George Balster. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Balster of Coggon; his daughters, Sheri Miller (David) of Walker, Beth Kamin (Ray) of Robins and Sandy Shover (Kurt) of Cedar Rapids; his grandchildren, Nicole, Ryan, Austin Miller, Nick, Ben, Julia and Sophia Kamin; his sister Ruth Balster (Ed Goodman) of Boulder; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Balster of Dekalb, Illinois and Wayne Webster (Pat) of Walker. He is also survived by one nephew, and five nieces.
All guests are respectfully requested to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
