We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2023, at the age of 89, Phillip Franklin Schatzle of Coggon, Iowa, born in Central City, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Schatzle and Jennie Schatzle (Renfer); his son Greg Schatzle; his son-in-law Mitch Siddell; his siblings, Donald Schatzle, Marie McDowell, Vera Lorraine Schatzle and Charlotte Kepler; and his great grandchild Samuel.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his children, Michael Schatzle (Jody) of Coggon, Charlene Siddell of Coggon, Dan Schatzle (Debbie) of Walker, Christine Schatzle of Coggon and Deneen Mangas (Jon) of Coggon; and his sister Norma Rowe of Coggon. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren.
