She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Ray and Mahala Irwin (Mummert); her son Ray Trumbull; her siblings, Edward Irwin (Lester), Ray Ellsworth Irwin (Cotton), Faye Story, Kathleen Ford and Elzena Mae Goodell (Larry); her parents-in-law, Beverly Trumbull, Nyle and Corinne Sauer; and also Larry Rupprecht.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Trumbull of Coggon; her children, Thera Nelson (Paul) of Marion, Jacqueline Meier (Wayne) of Ely and Robert T. Trumbull of Cathedral City, CA.; her daughter-in-law Deanna Trumbull of Iowa City; her grandchildren, Leia Nelson, Luke Nelson (Bobbie), Chelsey Oberreuter (Jeremy), Curtis Meier (Samantha Adams), Jessica Kohls (Ryan), Austin Trumbull and Logan Trumbull; her great grandchildren, Tristian, Treyton, Tressa, Nicolas, Tavan and Kyen; and her brother-in-law Don Trumbull of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Ellad's memory may be made to the Dennis & Donna Hospice House of Mercy at 315 18th Avenue in Hiawatha, Iowa, 52233.
