He was predeceased by: his brothers, Fay Jr. and Alfred. He is survived by: his significant other Diana; his children, Andrea, Duane Jr., Diane, Tonya and Dustin; his siblings, Cindy, Vicki, Phillip, Cliff, Kathy and Wonna; and his pet Sassy. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
