She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Arthur and Mary Leva Harris (Luney); her husband Cecil Hinton; her daughter Cathy Hinton; her granddaughter Kendra Keeney; and her siblings, Irene Lohmeyer, Nadiene Gray, Noriene Merrell, Georgia Robinson and Clifford Luney.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly Scanlon (Joel Halterman) of St. Louis, Arthur Hinton of Coggon, Bruce Hinton (Lisa) of Winter Spring and April Hinton (Jeff Wokurka) of Ottawa, Illinois; her grandchildren, Corey Waters (Debra), Samuel Hinton (Christy), Sarah Paoli (Jon), Christopher Hinton (Lydia), Matthew Hinton, Justin Hinton, Shelby Hinton (Jake Stechcon), Levi Hinton, Christina Klein, Anna Halm, Laura Halm and Kendra Ferguson; and her sister Rubie Stoecker of Carmichael, California. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
