He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughter Janel; his siblings, Larry Dvorak of Clutier and Becky Swierz of Evanston; and also, Tom Dvorak (Dori) of Clutier, Tim of Ruckersville, Terry (Becky) of Norwalk, Travis (Kelley) of Jefferson and Ruzicka. He is also survived by grandchildren; one foreign exchange granddaughter.
