She is survived by: her children, Ronald Adam (Deborah) of Loveland, CO, Gaylen Adam (Laurie) of Iowa City, Vicki Pecenka (Kevin) of Traer and Nancy Hartwell (Mark) of Fort Collins, CO; her grandchildren, Kimberly Bean, Ashley Ray, Courtney Pecenka, Michelle Coghlan, Lucas Adam, Anna Wisdom, Bert Hartwell and Evan Hartwell; her great grandchildren, Caleb Coghlan, Elise Coghlan, Nolan Bean, Brooklyn Bean and Presley Ray; her siblings, Albina Krizek of Waterloo, Maxine Yanda, Betty Krezek, Clarence Yuska (Sharon) of Toledo and Ronald Yuska (Ruth) of Tama; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Yuska of Georgia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
