It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Ezell of Clive, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on January 20, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Van Horn Ezell and Jane Ezell (Ellingson); his son Steve; and his in-laws, Earl and Gertrude Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Fon (Cunningham); his sister Sheryl Ezell; and his children, Larry, Rick, Carrie (Jim Weigel) and Kristi (Mike Sexton). He is also survived by Many grandkid, great grandkids and great-great grandkids.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Iles Westover Chapel (6337 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50322). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
