It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven G. Martin of Clive, Iowa, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Mercado, Joyce Winters and Arid Martin; his cousin Brian Lopez; and his aunts and uncles, Dale Martin, Roger Martin, Ginger Winters and Donald Pitts.
He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Martin and Gwen Martin (Mercado); his brother Michael Martin (Maggie); his nephews, Ian and Camden; his grandmother Audrey Mercado; and his aunts and uncles, Gail Schwartz (Jeff), Guy Mercado (Kayoko), Geri Pitts, Glenda Mercado, Janet Radakovitz (Rick), Mark Martin and Karen Winters.
A reception was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Iles Westover Chapel (6337 Hickman Rd, Des Moines, IA 50322).
