We bid farewell to Patricia J. Taylor of Clive, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 1, 2025 at the age of 93. Patricia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Jergens and Alice Jergens; her husband Ron Taylor; and her siblings, George, Jim, Jerry Jergens, Mary Sarchet and Nina Steinman.
She is survived by: her sister Joan Barie; her children, Mike Kelly, Wayne Taylor (Connie), Allen Taylor (Margie), Carri Beck and Debra Anderson; and her grandchildren, Sean Kelly (Liz), Beth McKnight (Mark), Kathryn Tysinger (Daniel), Melanie Bates, Monty Taylor (Nancy), Kyle Taylor, Tracy Taylor, Josh Beck (Cristina), Sarah Beck (Carley), Aaron Anderson (Amber) and Alex Anderson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Theresa Catholic Church (1230 Merle Hay Rd, Des Moines, IA 50311).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Theresa Food Pantry or to St. Theresa Catholic Church.
