She is survived by: her mother Patricia Frazier; her husband James Jacobson; her children, Andrew Jacobson (Heather) and Evelyn Jacobson; her grandchildren, Jude, Sicily, Teddie and Skylar Jacobson; and her siblings, Jamie, Rachelle, Timothy and Tom.
