He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Otten and Madelene Otten (Welch); and his brother Kenny Otten. He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Cotes of Hohenwald, TN, Robert "Bob" Otten (Janet) of Silverdale, WA and Jeannie Norem Sr. (Dan) of Clinton, IA; his nephews, Danny Norem Jr. of Clinton and John Norem of Clinton; and his close friend Matt. He is also survived by cousins and many friends.
