It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Lowe of Clinton, Iowa, born in Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Robert and Louise Everett Mims Lowe, Jr. (Moore); and his grandson William Gaines. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Lowe of Clinton.
