He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hayton and Mable Hayton (Burrows); and his daughters, Mary Selser and Sandra Hinsch. He is survived by: his daughters, Debra Covell (Max) of Fulton and Julie White (Sam) of Clinton, Iowa; and his grandchildren, Heidi Fee (Nate) of Clinton, Orian Hinrichs (Michelle) of Clinton, Wendy Robbins (Chris) of Clinton, Bill Hullinger (Katie Bizzaro) of Cedar Rapids, Shawn Hullinger (Ardessa) of Cedar Rapids, Dave Pettengill (Lindsay) of Sylvania, Danny Pettengill (Kate) of Clinton and Jamie Covell of Des Moines, Iowa. He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren; one great great grandson and many nieces and nephews.
