He was predeceased by: his parents, William Sr. Jetter and Margaret Jetter (Culberson); and his siblings, Robert Jetter, Vinson Jetter, John Jetter and Marguerite Peters.

He is survived by: his daughter Denise Williams (Frederick) of Clinton; his brother Dawin Jetter of Fredericksburg, IA; his grandchildren, Frederick Williams of Clinton and Favin Williams of Clinton; his stepdaughter Monee Jones of Columbus, OH; and his siblings, Dorothy "Dina" White of Clinton and Roland McCorkle (Clara) of Milan, IL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
