She is survived by: her parents, Patsy Cummings and Howard Williams of San Francisco, CA; her daughter Cheryl Jacobs Smith; her son-in-law Kyle Smith (Washington, DC); her daughter Monica Jacobs of Westland, MI; her brother Kris Cummings of Signal Hill, CA; her stepfather Richard Johnson of Clinton, IA; her cousins, Sandra Yarboro of Cleveland, OH, Bobby Anderson of Clinton, IA, Fred and Turner Cunningham; and her great-aunt Ruth Yarboro of Cleveland, OH. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, brothers-in-laws, and sister-in-law.
