She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Hazlett and Ethel Hazlett (Scully); her spouse Oylen Cartee; and her friend Bob Morgan. She is survived by: her daughters, Rebecca Willett (John) of Rock Falls and Maynome Cartee (LeAnn) of Fulton; her grandchildren, Dyllan Willett (Jenna), Terrisa Lenox (Brady), Cara Willett, Ashton Spittler, Brandon Spittler and Skylar Spittler; and her great grandchildren, Emma, Lousetta, Izabella Spittler and Payton Spittler. She is also survived by several brothers, a sister, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
