He is survived by: his close friends, Craig Carr and Curt Ritter; his pets, Claudia, Wally, Gooner and Gussie; his siblings, Gerry Murphy (Trudy), Dennis Murphy of Clinton and Melissa Murphy of New York City; his nephews, Eric, Ryan, Troy and Matt Murphy; his close friend An Leonard; and also, Jake Fevold (Jenny), Luke "Irish" Leonard and Bess Hanrahan (Kyle).
