With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Thomas James Swamberger Sr. of Clinton, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Swamberger and Marian Swamberger (Yuppie); his wife Marty; and his sisters, Jane Wilkinson (Harold), Sheila Wildman (Jerry) and Joan Romeo (Tony).
He is survived by: his children, Carolyn "Callie" Swamberger-Case (Jeff) of Clinton, Theresa "Terri" Slade (Tim) of Anderson, SC and Thomas "Tom" Swamberger (Denise) of Parker, CO; his grandchildren, Katie Kohl (Jesse) of Lisbon, IA, Rachel Siegel (Austyn) of Clinton, Haley Swamberger of Dallas, TX, Connor Swamberger of Denver, CO, Emmalee Jones (Garret), Grace Dulaigh of Colorado Springs, CO and Jack Dulaigh of Parker, CO; his great grandchildren, Leah Kohl and Jaxson Jones; and his brother Ed Swamberger (Jeanne) of Clinton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Jesus Christ Prince of Peace Catholic Church (1105 LaMetta Wynn Dr, Clinton, IA 52732).
