He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Foster and Anna Mae Foster (Madsen); his wife Nancy Kane; his son Chris; and his sisters, Carol and Gail.
He is survived by: his significant other Sandi Christiansen of Camanche, IA; his sons, Keith Foster (Shelley) of Janesville, WI and Jason Foster of Clinton, IA; and his grandchildren, Michael Foster of Wisconsin, Zachary Foster of Michigan, Ariel Foster of Camanche and Lee Foster (Grace Lee) of Camanche. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel (2610 Manufacturing Dr, Clinton, IA 52732). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
