With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas F. Hayes III of Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on October 22, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. and Mary Alice Hayes, Jr. (Scanlan); and his son Michael. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Martha Koolbeck; his wife Martha; his sons, John Thomas Hayes of Clinton and Patrick Joseph Hayes of Clinton; and his sisters, Mary Morris of Golden Valley, MN and Helen Hayes Jirak (Tom) of Golden Valley, MN. He is also survived by 2 sisters-in-law and 11 nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Tom's name may be made to Prince of Peace Parish or School, Crisis Pregnancy Center, Pathway Living Center or the charity of your choice.
