She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Adler and Antionetta Adler (Schluns); her husband Darrell Smith; and her siblings, Robert, Edward, Ruth, Audrey and Marge.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Zebell (Ralph) of Monona, Marcia Hartman (Dave) of Gold Canyon and Pat Collins of Dubuque; her grandchildren, Jason Wilkins (Cyndi), Justin Wilkins (Brooke), Tricia DeLaCruz (Steve), Chad Zebell (Jessica), Ryan Zebell (Sara), Dr. Marissa Michel (Ryan) and Aaron Collins (Kylie); and her brother-in-law Dr. Charles Smith (Rae) of Spring, Texas.. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
