He is survived by: his wife Jill McClelland; his children, Kimberly Littell (Alex Hanson) of Davenport, Laurie Wilkins (Brandon) of McHenry and William Frazier of McHenry, Illinois; his grandchildren, Luke, Lydia, Aaron and Adam; and his siblings, Chris Frazier (Sherri) of Clinton, Dan Frazier (Sarah) of Clinton and Kathy Richards (Dave) of Goose Lake.
