He is survived by: his wife Jananne (Blackburn) of Toledo; his daughters, Sarah Goldstein (Mark) of Arden, NC and Abbe Koch Huizenga (Greg) of Fulton, IL; his stepchildren, Mitchell Blackburn of Cedar Rapids, Michael Bouthilette and Shannon Blackburn of Toledo; his grandchildren, Alden, Blaze, Lestat, Izak, Zyla and Elijah; his mother Patricia Schmitz of Clinton; his siblings, Ann Sheller (Steve) of Clinton, Prisha Malone (Tom) of Tallahassee, FL and Tom Koch of Holliston, MA; his sister-in-law Bernie Koch of Clinton, IA; and also, Penny Murphy and Sarah. He is also survived by mother, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
