He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Sullivan and Dorothy Sullivan (Hughes); his granddaughters, Addy Jepsen and Olivia Sullivan; and his brother Mike Sullivan.
He is survived by: his friends, Stimpy and Gonzalez-Gonzalez; his wife Sherri Hopkins of Clinton; his sons, Shawn Sullivan (Melissa) of Clinton and Ryan Sullivan (Jackie) of Preston; his grandchildren, Abby and Wyatt; and his siblings, Kevin Sullivan (Sharae) of Sturgeon Bay, Rosemary Sullivan of Wilton, Gloriann Davis (Scott) of Hannibal, Beverly Bentley (Henry) of Durant and Eileen Sullivan (Sarne Moore) of Wilton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
