He was predeceased by: his daughter Debbie Tatelman. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Cindy Tobey of Savanna, Dale Tobey of Clinton, Sherri Tobey of Clinton and Brenda Tobey Ready (Corey) of Clinton; and his siblings, Linda Woods (Bill) of Fort Collins, CO, Wayne Tobey (Marian) of Loveland, CO and Gene Tobey (Marilyn) of Tucson. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
