He is survived by: his parents, Terry Baldwin and Zettie Baldwin (Kopp) of Clinton; his sisters, Karie Lawrence (Mark) of Clinton and Stacey Baldwin of Clinton; and his niece Natalie Lawrence of Cedar Rapids.

The family requests those attending please wear a mask.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials in Scott's name be made to Mercy One Cancer Center, Clinton, Iowa.
