It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Lynn Vilmont of Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on November 22, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Taylor and Gladys Taylor (Grant); her husband Vernon Vilmont of Mary's Catholic Church; and her sister Arlene Jewell. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Schmook (Wes) of Rock Island, IL and Patrick Vilmont (Danika) of Waukee, IA; and her grandchildren, Ryan Kooi of Clinton, IA, Alyssa Kooi (Nathan Whelan) of Rock Island, IL and Clare Vilmont of Ames, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
