With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Kay Harlock (Clinton, Iowa), born in Delphi, Indiana, who passed away on August 12, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Scowden and Jewel Scowden; her husband James H. Harlock Sr.; her daughter Rhonda Smith; and her sister Joyce Whitman.
She is survived by: her sons, John Bowman of Houston, TX and James Harlock Jr. (Amanda) of Camanche, IA; her son-in-law Kenneth Smith of Savanna, IL.; her siblings, Larry Scowden of Delphi, IN, Ronald Scowden (Mary) of Delphi, IN, Robert Scowden of Delphi, IN and Barbara Haber (Ken); her grandchildren, Brianna Laupp (James) of Waterloo, IA, Alyssa Smith of Platteville, WI and Travis Bowman (Dagmar) of Mount Carmel, IL; and her great grandchild Keston Laupp of Waterloo, IA.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family to assist with funeral costs.
