He was predeceased by: his parents, Rathfield Frelan and Maggie Mae Carver (Nicewander); and his brother Sonny. He is survived by: his children, Missy Feldhacker (Joe) of Des Moines, IA, Tim Carver (Teri) of Clinton and Steve Carver (Patti) of Clinton; and his sisters, Penny Little (Jimmy), Elah Simpkins (Jack) and Shirley Dillon (Jack). He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
