He was predeceased by: his son Jamie; his parents, Delores Wing and Robert D. Manning; and his siblings, Robert "Bobby" E. Manning and Patricia "Patty" Manning.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his siblings, Jerry Manning (Sandy) and Chelly Liles (Keith); his daughters, Melissa "Missie" Manning and Jennie Horn (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Steven Taylor (Jessica Long), Anthony Taylor (Alyssa), Jacob Taylor (Madisin Atkins), Ian Taylor, Bayleigh Horn, Raelyn Horn, Paige Manning and Riley Manning; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Taylor, Michael Taylor, Trenton Lewis, Paisley Taylor, Jayme Taylor and Kayden Anderson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blackstone Chapel of Joseph McMillian Funeral Homes (1826 Cox Rd, Blackstone, VA 23824).
